Remembering Dikembe Mutombo

We’re remembering the legendary Dikembe Mutombo, who left an incredible mark on the Atlanta Hawks and the game of basketball.

Known for his iconic finger-wagging celebrations and defensive prowess, Mutombo earned the nickname, “Mount Mutombo.” He was a four-time Defensive Player of the Year and an eight-time All-Star. Beyond basketball, his humanitarian efforts made a lasting impact around the globe.
