Celebrating Women: Rhyne Howard

In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating some of Atlanta’s most notable and successful women. Today, we’re celebrating Atlanta Dream guard Rhyne Howard.

Rhyne Howard was selected by the Atlanta Dream as the first overall pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft and has consistently ranked in the top-15 in the WNBA for points and steals.

In her first year, Howard was named WNBA Rookie of the Year and a WNBA All-Star. She also set Dream franchise rookie records for total points and rebounds.
